Investing in a MyCCEP redesign to make it refreshingly easy to do business with us

As well as having a refreshing new look, MyCCEP now has a cleaner, simpler layout and enhanced navigation and functionality, delivering an improved user experience and a more visually appealing digital journey.
The relaunch forms part of ongoing investments in commercial technology focused on delivering great service to customers and helping them grow.
MyCCEP enables customers to place orders for products and access support to help increase their sales in the soft drinks category.
Over the last 5 years, the portal has seen almost 188,000 direct and indirect customers register across 11 markets.
In addition to placing and managing soft drinks orders, they can access tools and support like free point of sale (POS) materials and digital downloads to help drive e-commerce sales.
Our vision for MyCCEP is to be the leading B2B beverage portal, placing it at the heart of all our customers day to day actions, driving the growth of their businesses both offline and online. Through ongoing investment in the platform and our customer service offering, we are on track to have over 200,000 customers generating €2billion revenue in 2023.
The portal can also be used to manage CCEP coolers and refrigerators and arrange engineer support when needed with a few simple clicks.
Customers can also access insights and knowledge to grow their businesses - benefitting from category advice and information on our brands to help them to increase their sales. All of these resources are available anytime, anywhere and on any device, ensuring support is always available.
Further investment this year, to the total combined value of €3million, will see us add functionality for credit card payments, trial live broadcasting in Germany to better connect with our MyCCEP customers, and voucher and promotional activity in Indonesia.
