About Us

In New Zealand, we prepare, sell, and distribute more than 32 non-alcoholic beverage brands to nearly 18,000 customer outlets. We’re proud to distribute Coca-Cola’s trademark products, as well as Sprite, Fanta, Lift, Schweppes, Powerade, Mother, Deep Spring and FUZE Tea.

We also produce locally loved brands including Lemon & Paeroa, Kiwi Blue, Zephyr Coffee and Keri Juice.

We directly employ approximately 1,000 people across New Zealand with our major manufacturing sites in Auckland, Putāruru and Christchurch.

OUR PEOPLE & COMMUNITIES

We were proud to be named one of New Zealand's best employers for six consecutive years, with us receiving the HRD Employer of Choice in 2021. We’re recognised as one of New Zealand’s best employers for work-life balance, health and wellbeing, career progression, and more – with engagement scores averaging above 80 percent.

We also strive to be a place of inclusivity and received both the Rainbow Tick in 2014 and Gender Tick in 2018 – we have since been reaccredited every year. The accreditation provides independent validation that an organisation’s people, policies, and processes promote a positive, inclusive workplace.

We’re always looking for ways to give back to our communities. We support programmes for social cohesion through events such as Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park in Auckland and Christchurch.

DID YOU KNOW?

  • Our history dates back to 1907 when The Paeroa Natural Mineral Water Company created Lemon & Paeroa. We became Coca-Cola Amatil in the early 1990s and are now proudly part of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
  • We have a long service award every year to celebrate our people’s tenure. The current longest serving team member has been with the business for over 40 years!
We’re proud of our business in New Zealand and to serve so many of the country’s leading customers with some of the world’s best-loved drinks.

While we’re part of an incredible global business, we employ, invest, manufacture, and distribute regionally. This local knowledge and expertise ensures we can best support our customers and create value though our service and brands – as well as growing our own business sustainably.

Supporting our local communities is a central part of our work and we’re keenly involved with grassroots and larger-scale philanthropic work. For example, since 1994, we’ve put together the Coca-Cola Christmas In the Park community event for Auckland and Christchurch. The free musical extravaganza provides a magical experience for thousands of families in New Zealand as well as raise money for our key charity partner Youthline.

We were recently recognised as the world’s best Coca-Cola bottler. It is our employees that make our business great and our success is down to the passion and dedication they bring to work every day.
