Véronique heads CCEP's People and Culture function. Having joined the Coca-Cola bottling system more than 25 years ago, she has worked in many human resources (HR) positions across business units, commercial and supply chain functions overseeing HR strategy and partnering with business leaders, as well as specialist positions in talent, people growth and engagement. She began her career as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
She is an advocate for human centred workplaces, and supports the promotion of inclusion and diversity, HR best practices in leadership and workplace, and innovations networks.
