Stand up and report concerns

We create a safe, inclusive and respectful workplace and are committed to protecting the environment

The values we stand for as a company are set out in our Code of Conduct. This includes, not least, the goal of creating a fair, non-discriminatory and inclusive working environment in which everyone is welcome and in all that we do, to protect the environment.

However, should it occur that laws or regulations from our Code of Conduct are violated or when you observe violations of human rights or environment protection at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Germany (CCEP DE), please do not hesitate to report the matter.

Report a violation

If you believe that our Code of Conduct has been breached or you have concerns about suspected, actual or potential violations of the law, our Code of Conduct, CCEP Policies or other unacceptable conduct (referred to as ‘potential violations’), we encourage you to report the matter. Please use our external Speak Up channels:

Report concerns

The external Speak Up channels are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by telephone or online for various devices in multiple languages. The contact can of course also be made anonymously. The reported cases will all be investigated by a dedicated committee, the Code of Conduct Committee. This committee is made up of representatives from Legal, People & Culture, Corporate Security, Internal Controls, the Ethics & Compliance team, the Human Rights function and the General Works Council. The committee is committed to the highest degree of neutrality and, of course, to particular confidentiality. You will find all you need to know and the answers to the most important questions about the reporting process in our public process description for complaints

Contacts for further concerns

Please note that our external Speak Up channels are explicitly open for reporting violations of human rights and environmental issues and thus comply with the requirements of the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations for the Prevention of Human Rights Violations in Supply Chains. For all other requests, you will find the appropriate contact persons on our contact page.
