To promote the importance of mental and physical health, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP Indonesia) has held a 5K marathon race and also a Wellbeing Festival in the Gelora Bung Karno area, Jakarta, on Sunday, February 25, 2024. Over 1,500 participants participated, including employees and their families, business partners, and university students who participated in this activity.

The Director of Institutions and Prevention of Industrial Relations Disputes (KPPHI), C. Heru Widianto, also attended this activity as a representative from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. On this occasion, Heru appreciated the activities held. According to him, companies need to carry out activities like this to increase awareness of the importance of mental and physical wellbeing while creating a work environment that supports it.

"This activity organized by CCEP Indonesia shows how mental and physical health is increasingly becoming a concern for companies. By caring for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, we can live more balanced and fulfilling lives and, in turn, positively impact those around us. Let's remember that prosperity is not a destination but a sustainable journey," said Heru. The 5K Coke Run & Wellbeing Festival initiative was carried out as a form of CCEP Indonesia's ongoing commitment to promoting employee welfare, recognizing the importance of a balanced mental condition and physical health in encouraging productivity and overall job satisfaction.

"CCEP Indonesia has a strong commitment to creating a positive, healthy, safe and enjoyable workplace that allows CCEP Indonesia employees to be their best, and this starts with a healthy mind and body. We must realize the importance of exercise in our lives which is not only responsible for maintaining a healthy body, but also helps shape our mind and character. Therefore, our health programs and activities are an important tool that contributes to shaping our health and character," said Xavi Selga, President Director of CCEP Indonesia.
