CCEP Indonesia and the Workers Union Signs on the 2024-2026 Collective Labor Agreement

To actualize the rights and obligations of the company and employees equitably by implementing the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and Human Rights policies, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP Indonesia) signed the 2024-2026 Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) at Bekasi Factory 1 CCEP Indonesia, West Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java on Monday, April 1, 2024.

Witnessed by the Director General of Industrial Relations Development and Social Security for Workers, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Indah Anggoro Putri, the signing procession was carried out directly by the President Director of CCEP Indonesia, Xavi Selga, together with representatives of Workers' Unions within the company. By signing this CLA, CCEP Indonesia is committed to protecting employee welfare and prioritizing human rights through providing jobs, adequate health and social services, and building diverse and inclusive workspaces.

In her speech, Indah Anggoro Putri hoped that the vital momentum of signing this CLA could become a joint commitment to realizing a good partnership between management and the Labor Union at CCEP Indonesia. In this way, the hope of realizing harmonious, dynamic, and fair industrial relations in the company can be achieved and maintained.
