CCEP Indonesia Wins Two Titles in HR Asia Awards Best Companies To Work For in Asia

On Tuesday, 27 June 2023, CCEP Indonesia won the 2023 HR Asia Awards. This is the 4th time CCEP Indonesia has won the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023 title. This year, CCEP Indonesia was also selected as the winner of the Digitalization Transformation category. The assessment is based on a survey conducted by the organizers to employee representatives and also by assessing the presentation session of the program materials shown for the following categories:

• Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Digital Transformation
• Empathy and Care
   

Representing CCEP Indonesia, Ichdina Daya (Head of Learning & Talent), who received the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023 award, and Andi Rohendi (Head of Reward & People Services), who received the award in the Digitalization Transformation category. The award ceremony was held in Jakarta and attended by representatives of companies in Asia.

Representatives from other functions also attended the event, including those who have supported the P&C team's programs/projects at CCEP Indonesia. Rendar Mahardhika Putra (Head of Contact Center) as a representative from the DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) program and a representative from the Marketing team; Dimas Putranto (Plant Operation Manager) as representative of Bapak Ibu Engagement Leader and representatives of the Supply Chain team; Helva Riyani Ginting (Business System Manager) as a representative for the digitalization project and a representative for the BPT team.
