Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Indonesia Receives HR Excellence Award 2023 for Commitment to Employee Health and Wellbeing

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia has made another outstanding achievement. This time, CCEP Indonesia won the HR Excellence Award 2023, an award in human resource governance organized by SWA Media Group and the Management Institute of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (LM FEBUI). This achievement is the third time in three consecutive years. The award ceremony was given directly to CCEP Indonesia's People and Culture (P&C) team in Jakarta Thursday (7/20).

The CCEP Indonesia P&C team received the award directly, represented by Agus Suryo Sumpeno, Head of Workplace Relations & Wellbeing; Ichdina Daya, Head of Learning & Talent; and Novita Floresa, HRIS & Improvement Manager.

Based on the jury's assessment, CCEP Indonesia is entitled to receive awards in three categories at once: HR Digitization & People Analytics, Wellbeing Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Knowledge Management.

This achievement further strengthens the recognition of various parties for CCEP Indonesia's extraordinary commitment to creating a healthy work environment and supporting the wellbeing of its employees. As one of the determinants of success, employees are prioritized, which leads the company to implement measures to create a safe working environment for everyone.

Support for these employees has been consistently ongoing. Post-pandemic, employee health, and well-being remains a priority for CCEP Indonesia. One is through support services, such as the Employee Assistance Program, available for 24 hours.
