Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia has won 4 prestigious global awards in the 18th Contact Center World Top Ranking Performers Awards 2023 - Asia Pacific Region. This event is organized by ContactCenterWorld.com, the Global Association for Contact Center and Customer Engagement Best Practices, established in 1999.
CCEP Indonesia's team won the following categories in the Asia Pacific Region:
- Industry Champion Awards– a special award given by all contact center practitioners associated with ContactCenterWorld.com who voted CCEP Indonesia as being key in helping to shape and develop the industry through innovative services, leadership, and people development.
- Gold Medal for Best Contact Center (Mid-Size)– Award presented to the overall Best Contact Center that demonstrates a commitment to staff, customers, and ensures that the performance and objectives of the Contact Center align with the organization's goals at a world-class standard.
- Silver Medal for Best Employee Engagement (Mid-Size)– Award presented to the center that demonstrates highly engaged people, successfully executed all engagement programs, and reflected in their employee engagement score.
- Silver Medal for Best Sales Campaign- Award presented to the company that can demonstrate they have developed a high-value sales campaign with solid results. This can be inbound or outbound and is open to all types of centers, including agencies working on behalf of clients.
The awards were presented on Friday, July 28th, 2023, in Nusa Dua Bali. With the achievements in the APAC region, CCEP Indonesia has earned the opportunity to move forward to the World Finals, where we will compete with the top-ranking companies from Europe, Middle East, & Africa Region and Northern & Southern America Region via online platforms. The event will take place in Lisbon, Portugal on November 13th – 16th, 2023.
