Educational Assistance for Students around Sumedang Facility

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Indonesia contributes to supporting local community education through educational assistance programs for junior high and high school students from the children of residents around the CCEP Indonesia's manufacturing facility, which is located Sumedang Regency.

45 students from local residents around the facility (Zone-1 area) in Cihanjuang Village received educational assistance from CCEP Indonesia. This assistance has gone through a selection process. The distribution of educational assistance was carried out at the auditorium of the CCEP Indonesia Sumedang Plant on Wednesday (26/1) by complying with health protocol procedures. Dudi Suhandani (Acting Manufacturing Manager), Denny Wahyudi and Ardiyanto (Corporate Affairs Executives) from CCEP Indonesia handed over the assistance to the students.

The handover session was also attended by Cimanggung Sub-district officials. The local officials representative expressed the community's appreciation and gratitude to CCEP Indonesia for consistently providing educational assistance to underprivileged children in the Zone-1 area, especially during this difficult situation.

“We appreciate this educational assistance from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia because it really encourages the students of Cihanjuang Village to have better achievements in their schools,” said Dikdik Syeh Rizki, Head of Cimanggung Sub-district, in his speech.

This assistance is a manifestation and contribution to social and economic development. “The business challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic are extraordinary, we don't know when this pandemic will end, but CCEP Indonesia has again proven its commitment to contributing to residents in areas where we operate across Indonesia,” he concluded.
