CCEP Indonesia's National Contact Center Team Wins 6 Awards From The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2022



Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia brought home 6 prestigious awards from The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) 2022 held by Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA). This year, 50 leading companies participated from various sectors: government, public services, banking and finance, insurance, transportation, express logistics, FMCG, BPO, e-commerce, and others. The awards were presented during awards ceremony on Thursday, September 22nd, 2022 at Bidakara Hotel Jakarta.
