CCEP Indonesia Wins 3 Awards From SWA's HR Excellence Awards

On 27th July 2022, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP Indonesia) wins 3 awards from HR Excellence Awards held by SWA Media. This is our 2nd consecutive year receiving the HR Excellence Awards.

The first categories is Learning Development and Knowledge Management. This award reflects our commitment to support our people to grow their career aspirations and exceptional talents. We take pride on our initiatives in developing skills through our academies that includes: leadership academies, technical academies, and talent focused programs. We also share some learning platform that we use to aim a strong self learning culture.

CCEP Indonesia also receives the HR Digitalization and People Analytics where we optimize our HR process and experiences that aims to drive a mindset and identified behavior shift which has the customer at its heart, a relentless focus on process and experience improvement. We achieve this by embedding digital initiatives in our HR process platforms, such as Employee Self Services, Centralized IR Report, E-Pay Slip, Digital Engagement Survey, and many more.

We also participated and won in a new category, 'Talent Acquisition', by sharing our journey on our workforce demography, having more than 5,000 active employees across our 14 operation, our requisition fulfillment, the new agile approach to attract the best talent in the market, also our talent acquisition system that we use from sourcing, selection, up until the end to end reporting process.
