CCEP Indonesia Brought Home 2 Awards from the Contact Center World Top Ranking Performers 2022
We are very proud to announce that Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia brought home two prestigious global awards in the 17th Contact Center World Top Ranking Performers 2022 - Best in the World. This is the most prestigious contact center awards event organized by ContactCenterWorld.com, established in 1999, is the Global Association for Contact Center and Customer Engagement Best Practices. The association has a truly global footprint with members in over 200 countries and supports 215,000 personal members from enterprises of all sizes with ideas, information and opportunities including best practice awards, conferences and certification programs.
The 2022 Top Ranking Performers Awards attracted over 2,000 entries from over 80 nations. Now in its 17th year, these awards are regarded by many as the most prestigious awards in the industry and many refer to them as being like the Olympics for our industry as it's not just company competing against company, but nation against nation!
