Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Indonesia, as one of the world's leading FMCG (consumer goods) companies, received two awards from the HR Excellence Award for two categories: Learning & Development and HR Digitalization & People Analytics.
HR Excellence Award 2021 is an award for companies that carry out human resource management strategies in line with the company's business progress. This award is also intended to observe the development of the companies’ human resources in Indonesia, as a benchmark in developing innovative programs.
CCEP Indonesia continues to carry out its commitment to have a positive impact on society, by developing various comprehensive capability development programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of its employees. Focusing on functional, leadership, and talent pillars, CCEP Indonesia has implemented digital systems to maximize the learning process, such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Learning Management System, Ed Apps, Virtual Classroom, Machine Learning and One Day Virtual Recruitment Process (ODVRP). To date, CCEP Indonesia has managed to achieve more than 47,000 training days, 3 times the number achieved by the company in 2014.
Optimizing mindsets and identifying behavioural changes that are oriented towards providing the best service for customers are also the focus of developing the human resources function at CCEP Indonesia. This is realized through the digitization process in several human resources areas, such as: E-Pay Slip, Virtual Employee Assistance Program, Medical Mobile App, Centralized Industrial Relations Report, System of Transaction and Resource (STAR) and SMART Recruitment Platform.
