Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Indonesia, as one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world, today launched the “Klik Toko” loyalty program application, an integrated digital solution for all Business-to-Business (B2B) customers in Indonesia. The Klik Toko application provides easy communication in real time, where it can be accessed at any time via customers’ smartphone.
Responding to business challenges in the today’s era, up to 80% of B2B players plan to involve digital roles in their business models, one of which is to create a safe and convenient way in reaching all customers. CCEP Indonesia has also supported and undertaken a digital transformation journey to fully support business activities over the past years.

In addition, this loyalty program app offers attractive programs such as collecting points that can be exchanged for a variety of useful prizes, with updates on the collected points, choose the desired prizes, and monitor its delivering process that are all delivered in real time.

Klik Toko loyalty program application can be downloaded by B2B customers on the Google Play Store and Apple Store platforms and can be registered easily through a QR Code provided by the CCEP Indonesia’s sales representative.
