Manufacturing Academy - Next rotation

Our 1^st and 2^nd batch of participants from Port Moresby and Lae have commenced their training on new machines commencing this week for a duration of six months. This was marked by a briefing session on Monday, 24^th January conducted by Tim Solly & Agus Salim for Lae and Daniel Alo Paul for POM where refresher to program, training plan and expectations were shared.

The Manufacturing Academy is an umbrella of programs under Supply Chain Training Academy that is aimed at equipping our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to be effective and efficient in their role. 

The objective of the Manufacturing Academy is to enable our participants to be able to operate and trouble shoot on all four primary machines at the end of their training journey. Our 1^st batch will learn their 3^rd machine while the 2^nd batch on their 2^nd machine.

The 6 months will comprise of e-learning, on-the-job coaching and assessments for associate and apprentice level before the next rotation commences.
