Apprenticeship Program

Building trade skills and development training

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG has embarked on skills development of our workforce through Apprenticeship Training under the PNG National Apprenticeship Trade & Testing Board (NATTB).

Our aim is to equip our workforce with the right skills and knowledge so they're productive and capable of meeting industrial expectations, as well as to participate actively in the economic and social development of Papua New Guinea.

We offer Apprenticeship Training in the following Trade categories:

  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • Auto Electrical (Electrical Trade).
  • Maintenance and Fitting & Machining.

We continue to upskill our workforce with two pioneer apprentices, Wanpis Kone and Kayak Kumed, who received their Tradesman Certification from the National Apprenticeship Trade Testing Board (NATTB) in a small ceremony witnessed by colleagues and management.

The apprenticeship program covers four years in which they are the first two apprentices from the first batch to receive their certifications since joining the program in 2019. We congratulate Wanpis and Kayak for this achievement and wish them well in their career progression at CCEP PNG.
