We create safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces and are committed to protecting the environment
The values we stand for as a company are set out in our Code of Conduct. This includes the goal of creating a fair, non-discriminatory and inclusive working environment in which everyone feels welcome and protecting the environment in everything we do.
If, however, it happens that laws or regulations from our Code of Conduct are violated or if you observe violations of human rights or the environment at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), please do not hesitate to report them.
Report a violation
If you believe that our Code of Conduct has been violated, or if you have concerns about suspected, actual or potential violations of the law, our Code of Conduct and CCEP policies, or if you become aware of any other unacceptable behaviour (referred to as "potential violations"), we encourage you to report it. Please use our whistleblower channels for this purpose:
The whistleblower channels are available to you around the clock, seven days a week, by telephone or online for various devices in different languages. Of course, contact can also be made anonymously. The reported cases are all investigated by a dedicated body, the Code of Conduct Committee. This committee is made up of representatives from the Legal Department, People & Culture, Corporate Security, Internal Controls, the Ethics & Compliance Team, the Human Rights Department and the General Works Council. The Committee is committed to the utmost neutrality and, of course, to special confidentiality. Everything you need to know and the answers to the most important questions about the reporting process can be found in our procedure description.
