Sustainability is at the heart of our business

We believe that business success and sustainability go hand in hand.

We aim to grow our business in a way that manages our social and environmental impacts responsibly and makes our people and our stakeholders proud.

We're taking action in areas where we know we have significant impact, and which our stakeholders want us to prioritise, including sustainable packaging, consumer well-being, energy and climate, and water stewards.

Environment

Our policies, procedures and practices are all designed to ensure we are continually looking for ways to lead industry and partner with our customers to find innovative ways to reduce waste and minimize the impact on the environment.

We continue to invest heavily in the ‘Mission Pacific’ program since 1999 which drives positive recycling behaviour in the community for the betterment of Fiji’s beautiful environment. We have encouraged fellow manufacturers to sign up to our responsible marketing to children policy and invest in initiatives that promote active healthy living, and education, on beverage nutrition and energy balance.

Communities

We strive to build a portfolio of brands that are loved and trusted by all Fijians

We support great events for communities to enjoy with family and friends, events like the Coca-Cola Games. CCEP Fiji is the principal sponsor of the annual Coca-Cola Games, which inspire more than 50,000 secondary school students to get active and compete each year. The Coca-Cola Games is Fiji's biggest national sporting event often times with over 1000+ athletes from all over Fiji. Where possible, we partner with charitable organizations and support their initiatives when they host events to fund their activities in the communities.

Wellbeing

Our commitment to helping Fijians make informed choices is designed to meet the needs of the market. It also positions our business as one with brands that can be loved and trusted by all Fijians, a key part of our strategic journey.

We will continue to make it easy for everyone to make the right choice for them and their families through clear information, encouraging individual choices, offering a wide range of beverages with low or no calorie options across out portfolio.

We adhere and support of The Coca-Cola Company's (TCCC) Responsible Marketing Policy and our local Advertising Standards Authority Codes.  This means we do not directly target any advertising to children under the age of 13.

In addition, we have strong policies around the supply of our beverage to schools. Primarily, we only sell water to Primary and Intermediate schools. To promote choice and sugar-free alternatives, some Intermediate Schools are provided with our 'No Sugar' Range.
