About us

As a Brand, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (“CCEP”) Fiji has been proudly providing refreshments to Fijians for 50 years!

We’re a licensed bottler of The Coca-Cola Company, offering a wide portfolio of your most loved brands that you can see by clicking here.

With 3 sites across Fiji, including our main manufacturing and distribution site at Laucala Beach Estate, our workforce consists of 99% locally employed personnel who make up the bulk of our more than 290 employees.

Apart from selling our locally produced and imported range of products in Fiji, we also export to other Pacific Islands, including American & Western Samoa, Nauru, Niue, Kiribati, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu and Wallis & Futuna.

Below are just some fun facts about us:

• We have been the principal sponsor and organizer of the Coca-Cola Games (formally the Jucy Games), which inspires more than 50,000 secondary school students to get active and compete each year, for over 40 years!
• We provide significant cash and in-kind support to several major sports and events, including Fiji Rugby Union, Fijian Drua, Fiji Football Association, Fiji Secondary Schools Athletics Association, Athletics Fiji, & Fiji Fashion Week to name some
• For more than 20 years, we have invested heavily into our ‘Mission Pacific’ program which drives positive recycling behaviour in the community.
• The then Amatil Group had become the major shareholder in Paradise Beverages in 2012 – CCEP later became the 100% shareholder in 2021.
• In 2017, we had invested more than FJ$22 million into upgrading our Production line and a Solar Energy project – we added more than 3,800 solar panels on the roof of our main site, our manufacturing facility now runs on 40% renewable energy!
• In 2018, we became a Gold Award Winner for Health, Safety & Wellbeing Programme at the Fiji Human Resources Institute Awards.
• We achieved a Best Employer | Fiji accreditation from Kincentric in 2020 on an 89% Engagement score – the highest in the then Amatil Group.
• 2020 was also where we were certified to an internationally recognized standard with ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System – a first for the then Amatil Group!
• 2021 marks the acquisition of the Amatil Group by the European Partners Group, making the now CCEP Group the largest Coca-Cola Bottler in the world.
• During the global COVID-pandemic in 2021, we maintained our 89% Engagement Score (the same score that resulted in our Best Employer accreditation in 2020) – with the highest scores for Safety (with 99% of the participants feeling safe) in the CCEP Group.
• In 2022, we’re investing more than $12 million to upgrade our Equipment Services Centre and to expand our Warehouse facility.
