 ‘Sales Supercharged’ - Monster’s new retailer support initiative

Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) and the Monster Energy Co. have unveiled an exciting new support initiative to help convenience retailers maximise energy drink sales.

‘Sales Supercharged’ provides the low-down on the latest trends and segments that are leading the way, tips on getting your range right and how to bring the category to life in-store. There will be chances to win free stuff, kicking off with cases of Monster and Relentless and opportunity to request the latest point of sale and find out about chilled equipment. The initiative is designed for retailers looking to take advantage of growing energy drink sales; a sector which has grown by a staggering £72.5m over the last year, more than two thirds of this has been delivered by Monster[1].

Monster brand, monster sales

As the fastest-growing energy drinks brand in GB, Monster is now worth £287m[2], driven by impactful marketing, exciting promotions and an ever-expanding line-up of great-tasting flavours and formats. The Monster Energy Co. portfolio also includes Relentless, worth £42m[3], and Reign Total Body Fuel – the biggest performance energy drink in GB, four times bigger than its nearest competitor[4].

Energy drinks - No.1 soft drinks segment in convenience[5]
