Introducing
our team
At CCEP Ventures we are a small team with a rich blend of experience and skills, and a deep knowledge of the food and beverage landscape as well as the broader FMCG industry. We are investors, strategists, technologists and commercial leaders; but above all we are entrepreneurs, with a passion for seeing great ideas grow and become successful.

Graham Stokhuyzen
Graham has had a 20-year career in FMCG, including positions at Mars Incorporated, OC&C Strategy Consultants and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
“Starting CCEP Ventures from scratch has meant we’ve had to tread the same early stage path many of our partners have had to walk. It’s a scary ride, but you can’t beat the feeling of seeing something you’ve bet the house on come off!”
Focus areas: eB2B, eB2B2C, micro-retailing
Craig Twyford
Craig co-founded CCEP Ventures after over 25 years in the FMCG industry.
“Working with start-up founders is what gives me energy. I love the optimism they bring to every interaction. It’s a great way to spend a day; surrounded by bold, ambitious people who want to change the world.”
Focus areas: B2C, Last Mile Fulfilment, automated logistics, data and analytics.
Nicola Tongue
Nicola has held several senior commercial roles in the UK in CCEP and Belvoir Fruit Farms.
“I really enjoy the scale and breadth of the businesses that I work with; they cover such a broad range of areas, from production, to sales, to IT, to HR. I love the feeling that projects I work on today could completely change how soft drinks are made, packaged or sold in years to come. ”
Focus areas: Sustainable packaging, retail sales tools.
Matthijs Kostelijk
Matthijs is an engineer and corporate development professional, with over 15 years of experience in M&A and strategy with PwC, URSA and CCEP.
“Founders have loads of positive energy and a can-do mentality, which I find inspiring and energising. It’s really satisfying to be able to help them and positively impact their journey to grow the business. In the end that’s what a CCEP Ventures - investee partnership is all about.”
Focus areas: Packaging innovation, recycling and closed loop.
Katrina Edillor
Katrina has over 15 years’ experience as a strategist, economist, investment banker and FX trader.
“I really value the sincere friendships I build with founding teams. Their character and resilience are critical in my decision to invest, and once I do so I make sure that we forge an open and honest relationship. That’s absolutely the foundation for success.”
Focus areas: E-commerce and logistics fulfilment, social commerce, image recognition and retail analytics.
Jordan Forrest
Jordan has a background as a management consultant at Deloitte and delivering transformation projects for Coca-Cola.
“I love meeting founders who have a really clear vision of the future. It’s exciting seeing them challenging CCEP’s often quite traditional methodologies and solving important problems in ways that CCEP hasn’t thought of.”
Focus areas: Innovation and digital in the areas of route to market and sustainability.
Marco Levy Geraldes
Marco has over 20 years designing new operating models and strategic plans for growth, innovation and business model changes.
“I look for founders who have passion, but also the ability to turn that passion into growth. I love finding exciting ideas that I want to bring into the CCEP environment, and then working with the founders on a plan to make those ideas a success.”
Focus areas: eB2B2C business models and sustainability.
