How long would it take to receive a machine?

We endeavour to deliver and install our machines as quickly as possible which is why we work with you to determine a mutually agreed timeframe. Depending upon the type of machine and size of installation, it may take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.

How are the machines replenished/restocked?

Our fleet of vending machines utilise software called Vendware – an exclusive vending system that provides real-time visibility of machine stock levels across the entire fleet via mobile telemetry. This means that we know precisely when to schedule your machine for a refill before it runs out of product.

What if there is a fault with my vending machine?

The online monitoring of machines means we will know about faults early on. If you need to report a fault, you can do so by calling our 24/7 National Contact Centre on 0800 CocaCola (0800 262226). When calling, please quote the unique number located on the front of the machine, for example, V12345.

How quickly can the machine be fixed?

We endeavour to repair our machines as quickly as possible. Most faults can be rectified within 24 - 48 hours.

Do machines require any special power?

No, vending machines run on 240volt, 10-amp power.

What payment types do the machines take?

Depending on location, our machines accept cash and coin, credit cards and digital payment forms such as Apple Pay and QR code payment. We are transitioning much of our fleet to fully cashless, in line with macro trends across the market. 

How do you monitor payments?

As our Coke Vending machines are online, we can monitor all transactions including cash and encryption of card payments, in real-time. We also engage a highly secure, cash-handling third party service for all cash management services.

What if someone loses money in a machine?

In the unlikely event that a consumer loses money, they can call our 24/7 National Contact Centre on 0800 CocaCola (0800 262226). Our National Contact Centre Team will arrange a refund and ensure that a technician is dispatched to perform any relevant repairs or maintenance.
