Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is honoured to be recognised as one of Australia’s Best Places to Work for 2023. The prestigious annual list, published by The Australian Financial Review and Boss Magazine, is based on a rigorous assessment process managed by Australia’s leading behavioural science consultancy, Inventium.

CCEP has been named among the top performers in the Manufacturing & Consumer Goods category, from over 700 nominated organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

The assessment was made up of a staff survey and a written submission, with questions relating to policies, practices and programs that exist within our organisation to support and get the best out of our employees. The methodology is underpinned by Inventium's Workplaces of the Future framework, which identifies ten key factors that are critical to employees feeling motivated and engaged at work and is supported by extensive research.

CCEP has been recognised for its achievements and practices around workplace flexibility; diversity, inclusivity and equality; leadership training and development, and its investment in the health and wellbeing of its people.

Sarah Burn, Vice President of People & Culture, CCEP Australia said:

“CCEP is a place where people can grow, be happy and be well in a safe, open, and inclusive workplace. We are thrilled to be recognised as one of the best places to work in Australia, and I’m proud that when you work in our business you can expect a warm welcome, plenty of learning curves, your voice to be valued, and your difference to be celebrated.”

Founder, Inventium, Dr Amantha Imber commented:

“Inventium is proud to announce the 2023 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work list in conjunction with the Australian Financial Review. After analysing data from tens of thousands of employees, we are excited to announce the very best workplaces across Australia and New Zealand. These are workplaces that offer employees ultra-flexibility, that place wellbeing at the heart of the employee experience, and that ensure people feel a sense of belonging, no matter what their background is."
