A Day in the Life: Meet Reemon Khoshaba – Driver for CCEP Australia

Meet Reemon:

Reemon Khoshaba is a driver for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Australia, responsible for ensuring his customers receive their deliveries in full, on time, and with a friendly smile. In the dynamic realm of logistics, our drivers sit at the heart of it all, connecting our great products with customers to refresh Australia.

A typical day for Reemon usually begins early, around 4:30 or 5:00 am, at one of CCEP’s distribution centres, where he completes relevant safety checks before preparing to depart, this includes packing his esky for hydration (one of the perks of working for a drinks company), before hitting the road.

However, that's not the only perk Reemon enjoys. While some may shy away from an early start and the physical requirements of driving, Reemon loves it. His schedule allows him to finish work early, to spend quality time with his wife and children. The physical aspect of the job serves as a workout, enabling him to stay fit without setting foot in a gym.

Each of our drivers’ routes vary depending on the location and customers and are planned using industry leading technology and systems. Reemon typically delivers three full loads each day for around 30 – 40 customers, and one of his highlights is building strong relationships to provide the personal touch.

With over nine years of experience delivering CCEP products, Reemon confidently shares that what he does is not just a job; it's a fulfilling and rewarding career that aligns perfectly with his values and priorities, which include CCEP’s commitment to high safety standards which ensure all our people get home to their loved ones and what they love.
