How are machines replenished/restocked?

Our fleet of vending machines utilise software called Vendware – an exclusive vending system that provides real-time visibility of machine stock levels across the entire fleet via mobile telemetry. How long would it take to receive a machine?

We endeavour to deliver our machines as quickly as possible, working closely with you to determine a suitable timeframe. Depending upon the type of machine and size of install, it may take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.

What if there is a fault with my vending machine?

Our live data allows us to understand any issues with machines, and take swift action. If you need to report a fault, you can do so by calling our 24/7 National Sales Centre on 13 COKE (12 26 53). When calling, please quote the unique number located on the front of the machine, for example, 12V1234.

How quickly can the machine be fixed?

We endeavour to repair our machines as quickly as possible. Depending on the seriousness of the fault, a qualified Coke technician will aim to respond within 4 hours of being notified of a hazard or major breakdown.

What payment types do machines take?

Depending on location, our machines accept cash and coin, credit cards and digital payment forms such as Apple Pay and QR code payment. 60% of our fleet is fully cashless, in line with macro trends across the market and assisting to make our operation safer for all parties.

Do machines require any special power?

No, our fleet of vending machines run on 240volt, 10-amp power.

How do you monitor payments?

Our systems allow us to monitor all transactions regardless of payment type. All card and digital payments are fully encrypted to protect the privacy of our consumers.
