As a partner, you are supported by 24/7 access to our dedicated National Sales Centre, based in Sydney. 

Every machine has its own unique number which is clearly displayed on the front of the machine along with our contact details 13 2653 (13 COKE).

Calls to our National Sales Centre are logged and either actioned immediately or escalated as required. 

We maintain data on all machines including call logs and service and fill history. 

From time to time, consumers may need to request a refund which Coke Vending provides in response to most requests.

The National Sales Centre team work closely with our Service and Sales team to uphold our commitment to partners and consumers in delivering a convenient experience with every vend.

Safe and Secure Operations

Our highly skilled team are located in every state and manage all aspect of our vending fleet including sales performance, refilling, service, cleaning and general maintenance.

We strive daily to meet and exceed our responsibility under Occupational Health and Safety legislation, including any additional security requirements unique to your state, industry or site. 

We have stringent quality controls, coupled with strict internal and external auditing procedures and are vigilant in ensuring all procedures and processes are adhered to.

Some of these include:

  • All Coke Vending machines are compliant with AS/NZS 60335.2.75.2013.
  • All Coke vending machines also carry C Tick and (where applicable) A Tick certification.
  • All of our service team receive training specific to the critical areas of operation, such as cash handling, electrical safety and safe operating procedures.
  • All Coke Vending service personnel are qualified tradespeople.
  • All Coke Vending technicians hold Refrigerant Handling Licenses, and Coca-Cola Amatil have a Refrigerant Trading License authorised by the Australian Refrigeration Council.
  • All employees and contractors are subject to personal background and credit checks. 
  • All vending machine fillers, maintenance, service and technical staff have undergone appropriate police, personal background and credit checks.
  • We will undertake all required induction and site safety training requirements and prepare Safe Work Statements and procedures as required.
  • All service technicians are qualified in their trade and carry appropriate insurance.

Machine compliance

Our machine fleet is manufactured with the latest design and enhanced usability features. Coke Vending machines are tested to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and Electrical Safety and Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC/C-Tick) requirements. 

All Coke Vending’s equipment suppliers must provide documentation to certify that their equipment meets Australian standards.

Multiple payment methods

In metropolitan locations all Coke Vending machines are connected to Telstra's 4G network, enabling a range of mobile and NFC payments.

Cashless only machines eliminate the potential for cash related issues such as coin jams affecting machines from trading.

Power consumption

Coke Vending works with equipment suppliers to reduce power consumption across our fleet through more efficient cooling systems, LED lighting and better insulation. 

Leading Technology

Our exclusive Vendware system provides real-time visibility of machine stock levels across the entire fleet. This means we know precisely when to schedule your machine for a refill before it runs out of products.

How much do the vending machine cost?

Vending machines are owned by Coke Vending. We will deliver, install, service and maintain free of charge. Our machines are replenished by qualified Coke Vending personnel.

What is included in our 'all-inclusive,' service?

Coke Vending will supply, install, stock and replenish the vending machine. Ongoing service and maintenance will be provided.

What types of machines do you have?

We offer beverage (bottle and can), snack machines and combination machines (beverage and snack). 

How do I know which vending machine to choose?

With over 40 years' experience in the industry we are well equipped to help you make the right decision for your workplace. A Coke Vending representative will assist you to find the most suitable machine.

Need assistance after hours or weekend?

Our National Sales Centre operate 24/7 and can assist with any enquiries or concerns.

How long would it take to receive a machine?

We will work with you to determine a mutually agreed time and we will deliver a machine to you as quickly as possible. Depending upon the type and size of the install it may take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks for larger, multiple machine installs.

Do we have to sign a contract?

We only ask that you sign an agreement which outlines the terms of our relationship.

How are the machines replenished/restocked?

Our fleet of vending machines are 'online,' and provide daily reports that help us understand when the machine requires a refill and what space is required for products for optimal space to sales performance.

What if there is a fault with my vending machine?

The online monitoring of machines means we will know about faults early on. But if you need to report a fault, each machine has a unique number. Simply call our 24/7 National Sales Centre on 13 COKE (13 26 53).

How quickly can the machine be fixed?

Depending on the seriousness of the fault, a Coke technician will generally respond within 4 hours of being notified of a hazard or major breakdown.

What payment types do the machine take?

Our machines accept cash and coin, credit cards and digital payments forms such as Apple Pay.

How do you monitor payments?

Coke Vending machines are online. This means all transactions are monitored, transparent and auditable. We also engage a third party for all cash management services which means highly secure and transparent cash handling services. 

Do machines require any special power?

No, vending machines on run on 240volt, 10-amp power.

What if someone loses money in a machine?

In the event this occurs the consumer can call our 24/7 National Sales Centre. The team can arrange a refund and if required, ensure a technician is altered to attend the machine.
