Sudha Deo

Ms Deo has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry having commenced her career with Coca-Cola Amatil Fiji in 1997 as part of the Quality Assurance Team and later promoted to Quality Assurance Manager. Her time there also included short-term roles in Production as Shift Supervisor and Manager.

She joined Paradise Beverages Fiji in 2006 (then Fosters Group Pacific and later Carlton and United Brewers, CUB) as a senior member of the Suva Brewing team. In her 12 years with the Brewery, Ms Deo held senior roles in Brewing and Production Operations, including three years managing the Suva Brewery Site Operations and seven years as Head Brewer.

Ms Deo was appointed Acting General Manager Operations in Dec 2016 and progressed to the lead role in June, 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology) from RMIT Australia, a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling in London, has successfully completed the MBA programme at USP and is currently working on her Masters in Brewing through the Institute of Brewing & Distilling in London. She is also a member of the Institute of Brewing & Distilling.
