At the HR Asia Awards 2024, the company won two prestigious awards: HR Asia Best Companies to Work For, which it has now won for four consecutive years and a total of five times, and HR Asia Sustainable Workplace. Out of 310 companies evaluated, CCEP Indonesia was recognized as one of the 16 winners in the HR Asia Sustainable Workplace category.

The award ceremony, held at the end of May in Jakarta, was attended by various leading corporate executives in Indonesia, including representatives from CCEP Indonesia: Xavi Selga, President Director; Triya Heliany, People & Culture Director; and Lucia Karina, Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability Director.

“It is an honor for us to receive this award. Being recognized as one of the best companies to work for, especially in the sustainability category, is proof of our commitment to being a responsible company and an attractive place to work in our industry,” said Triya Heliany, People and Culture Director at CCEP Indonesia.

Triya added that this achievement reflects a strong desire to continue growing and developing as a company. “We always strive to meet the needs of our team and our industry by actively listening to employee aspirations, observing industry developments, and staying aligned with market trends in employment,” she added.

CCEP Indonesia's support for employees remains consistent. The company continues to strive to help everyone achieve a balance of health and well-being while creating a safe, friendly, and inclusive work culture. At the same time, the company's commitment to sustainability persists, actively participating in various programs aimed at creating a better future for society and the environment.

For information, the HR Asia Best Companies to Work For award is given to organizations with high human resource management standards. CCEP Indonesia received this award due to several initiatives, including their DEI (diversity, equity, & inclusion) program and their 24-hour Employee Assistance Program.

Meanwhile, the HR Asia Sustainable Workplace award is given to companies that prioritize sustainability in all aspects of their operations, recognizing CCEP Indonesia's efforts in implementing environmentally friendly policies. This includes resource management efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and support for the well-being of local communities through various social programs.

CCEP Indonesia's success at the HR Asia Awards 2024 is clear evidence that sustainability initiatives and investment in human resources are key components of a broader business strategy.
